For any of your notarization needs, please use the button below to schedule an appointment with us or simply give us a call. We will be glad to to assist you to the most of our abilities.
Does the document need to be signed in front of the notary?
Yes. The statutes require that the notary sees the signer actually sign the document when the notarial wording is the one known as jurat. In the case of an acknowledgment wording, the person is simply acknowledging (declaring, stating) that he or she signed the document. If the notary does not know the signer personally, the signer must present identification along with signing the notary’s journal. In both cases signers have to still appear before the notary.
What Are the Payment Methods You Accept?
We prefer cash since most notarization’s fees are relatively small. However, we also accept major credit/debit cards to accommodate for relatively large fees involving travel fee or expedite fee for apostille for example and document preparation fees.
